CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Booking Deposits A 20% deposit and valid card on file are required to reserve every appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total and is not an additional charge. Your appointment is not fully secured until the deposit has been successfully processed. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment. When proper notice is provided, your deposit may be refunded to the original payment method. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the 20% deposit. The forfeited deposit serves as the cancellation fee; an additional 20% will not be charged. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the original deposit will transfer to the new appointment. The rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days. A second rescheduling request will require a new deposit. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will also require a new deposit. Please reschedule the existing appointment instead of canceling and creating a separate booking. Canceling and booking another appointment—even for later in the same week—does not erase a late-cancellation fee or automatically transfer the original deposit. Same-Day and Short-Notice Bookings Appointments booked less than 24 hours before their scheduled start time are immediately within the cancellation window. Once booked, the deposit for a same-day or next-day appointment is nonrefundable and nontransferable if the appointment is canceled or changed. No-Shows Failure to arrive or contact me regarding your appointment will be considered a no-show. The 20% deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or rescheduling may result in full prepayment being required or the loss of online booking privileges. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so your complete service can be performed safely and without rushing. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the service and remaining time. If the appointment cannot be completed, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Service Changes Removing or significantly changing a service with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation for the removed service because that time was reserved specifically for you. Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion but are not guaranteed. If SEVEN must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment—whichever you prefer. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy and authorize SEVEN to apply the deposit or charge the card on file according to these terms.
